Membership Tiers

Private Bettor's Club offers two membership tiers:

Founder Lifetime Access

Founder members receive lifetime access to the Private Bettor's Club with a one-time payment of $49. This includes:

• Access to all daily AI-generated picks (NFL, NBA, Horse Racing, and more as added)
• One AI Concierge request per day
• Daily spin wheel for bonus credits (0-100 credits)
• Unlimited contest entries
• Full member chat access
• All future features and sports coverage
• Transferable membership number

Free Tier Benefits

Free members receive limited access at no cost:

• 1 AI pick per day (randomly selected)
• 1 free contest entry per day
• Full access to Horse Racing Pools
• Full access to Daily Horse Streak contest
• 10 starting credits
• 2 credits daily for logging in
• 5 credits per successful referral
• Full access to partner sportsbook offers
• FREE Member Number (not transferable)

Free members can upgrade to Founder status at any time by paying the one-time $49 fee.

Transferable Membership

Founder memberships are fully transferable. You may sell, gift, or pass your membership to another person at any time.

• Transfers are initiated through your member dashboard
• The recipient must create an account to accept the transfer
• Identity verification may be required for security purposes
• Transfer history is logged for fraud prevention
• Once transferred, all access moves to the new owner

Credits System

Credits are an internal currency used for contest entries and features:

• Earning Credits: Spin wheel (Founders), daily login (Free), referrals, contest milestones
• Spending Credits: Additional contest entries, Horse Pool entries, premium features
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to adjust credit values and earning rates

No Refunds Policy

Due to the limited nature of Founder memberships and the instant digital access provided, all payments are final and non-refundable.

• You receive immediate access upon payment
• Membership value is delivered instantly
• The scarcity of spots makes refunds impractical
• You may transfer your membership instead of requesting a refund

Promotions & Partner Offers

All members (Free and Founder) may receive promotional offers including free bets and bonuses from our sportsbook partners.

• Free bet values and availability vary by partner and promotion
• Offers may be restricted by jurisdiction or local regulations
• Partner promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions
• We do not guarantee any specific promotional value
• Promotions may change or end without notice

Picks & Analysis Disclaimer

All picks, analysis, and recommendations are for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• AI-generated picks are based on statistical models, not guaranteed outcomes
• You are solely responsible for your betting decisions
• Never bet more than you can afford to lose
• We are not liable for any losses incurred from betting

Legal Compliance

By using Private Bettor's Club, you agree to:

• Be at least 21 years of age (or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Follow the terms and conditions of any sportsbooks you use
• Only access the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling content is legal
• Provide accurate information during registration

Security & Privacy

We take your security seriously:

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other members
• Attempt to manipulate contests or systems
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent limits

Founder accounts may transfer their membership before losing access, at our discretion. Free accounts have no such option.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
